Nicola Digiacomo loves privacy. He believes that everyone should have a corner for himself to stop, relax, think and meditate. That is why his wildest dream is to live on an island in the ocean where he could have close contact with nature. Despite his adventurous nature, Nicola longs to go back to his roots where he can enjoy the olives, vine yards, wheat, and corn and where he can have his own corner somewhere close to the castle that stood in Monteodorisio for ages dominating the small valley around. of course, the Italian approach to eating requires not only the right recipes, but that you enjoy them at your leisure, in the company of friends and family.
